Sleek Wings Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Sleek Wings game ("the app") for Android collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The app is published by Realmbit, LLC ("we", "us").

Information we collect

App and device information

When you open the app, it sends the following to our analytics service, Zofeh (api.zofeh.com):

• A random ID created by the app when it is first opened. It is not linked to your name, Google account or phone number, and it is reset if you uninstall the app or clear its data.
• Device model, screen size and resolution
• Android version
• Language and time zone
• App version and the date the app was installed
• How the app was installed (the "install referrer" from Google Play, for example whether you came from a search or a link)

We use this to count how many people play, see which devices and Android versions to support, and understand where players find the game.

Crash reports

If the app crashes, it sends a crash report to Zofeh. A report contains technical details about the error (the type of error and where in the app's code it happened) and the app and device information above. Crash reports do not include your game data or anything you typed.

We use crash reports only to find and fix bugs.

Game data stored on your device

Your scores, stars, plane colors, daily mission progress and settings (such as sound) are saved on your device. We do not receive them, except for scores you choose to post to the Google Play Games leaderboard (see below).

Android may include this data in your device backup to your Google account, if you have backup turned on. This backup is handled by Google under your Google account settings.

Google services

Google Play Games

The app signs you in to Google Play Games automatically if you have it set up, so you can use the leaderboard and achievements. When you do, Google receives your Play Games profile, your scores and the achievements you unlock, and other players can see your Play Games name and scores on the leaderboard. We do not receive your email address or Google account details.

Purchases

The app offers optional one-time purchases to unlock planes early. Purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive only a confirmation of what was bought (product, order ID and purchase status), which is used to unlock the plane on your device. We never receive your payment details. Install referrer

The app uses Google Play's Install Referrer service to find out how the app was installed, as described above.

Sharing your score

When you tap Share, the app creates an image of your score and opens Android's share menu. The image goes only to the app or person you choose. We do not receive it.

How we share information

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Information is shared only:

• with the service providers described above (Zofeh for analytics and crash reports, and Google for Play Games, purchases and install referrer), and only for the purposes described;
• when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.

Data retention

Analytics data and crash reports are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, and for at most 24 months. Game data on your device stays until you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Security

Information sent by the app is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.

Your choices and rights

• Delete local game data: uninstall the app, or clear its data in Android Settings → Apps → Sleek Wings → Storage. This also resets the random ID.
• Play Games: sign out of, or delete, your Play Games profile in the Google Play Games settings.
• Request access or deletion: contact us at the address below. Because we don't collect your name or email, include the approximate date you installed the app and your device model so we can find your data.

Depending on where you live (for example in the European Union, United Kingdom or California), you may have additional rights, such as to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to its processing. Contact us to use them.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above, and for significant changes we will tell users in the app or on its Google Play page.
